La entrega de los Grammy 2016

La denuncia urbana de Kendrick Lamar y el pop comercial de Taylor Swift son los grandes focos de atención en la 58 edición de los Grammy, los principales premios de la industria musical, una ceremonia que pondrá este lunes toda la carne en la parrilla con actuaciones de Lady Gaga, Adele, Rihanna y Justin Bieber.

El rapero de Compton (California), de 28 años, parte como el principal favorito gracias a susonce nominaciones, incluidas las de mejor álbum para "To Pimp a Butterfly" y mejor canción para "Alright".

Los pegadizos estribillos de Swift serán sus principales contendientes, que aspiran a un total de siete galardones, entre ellos los de mejor álbum por "1989", y mejor grabación y canción por "Blank Space".

Pero más allá de los premios, los Grammy son principalmente una plataforma para el lucimiento de algunos de los artistas más grandes del panorama mundial ante millones de espectadores.

La gala, que volverá a ser dirigida por LL Cool J, comenzará a las 22:00 horas de Chile y será transmitido por TNT, para Latinoamérica.

La jornada contará con las actuaciones de nombres como Justin Bieber, Diplo y Skrillex; Chris Stapleton con Gary Clark Jr. y Bonnie Raitt; Pitbull junto a Travis Barker y Robin Thicke, y The Hollywood Vampires, el grupo de rock formado por Alice Cooper, Johnny Depp y Joe Perry.

También cantarán Adele, Lady Gaga, Taylor Swift, Alabama Shakes, Joey Alexander, Miguel, Demi Lovato, James Bay, Andra Day, Ellie Goulding, Sam Hunt, Tori Kelly, Kendrick Lamar, Little Big Town, Carrie Underwood y The Weeknd, entre otros.

Participarán como presentadores en la gala, entre otros, Cam, Stephen Colbert, Common, James Corden, Kaley Cuoco, Selena Gomez, Ariana Grande, Ice Cube, O'Shea Jackson Jr., Anna Kendrick, Seth MacFarlane, Ryan Seacrest, Ed Sheeran y Sam Smith.
